custom placeholder intents, training data, and entities

Come up with unique intents, training data, and entities and have those be placeholders on Convo. Remove placeholders for training data and entities after some time.

turn the robot around
turn the robot 180 degrees

say the weather

bake instruction
(bake time, bake temp)
i want to bake the cookies for 30 minutes at 350 degrees

keep a recipe book
