Sound files don't play in correct order #129

Description

@jessvb

I created a program that was supposed to play the dog, cat, bird, cricket, and horse sounds—in that order (and then say, "human sound"), but it played them in the following order:

Procedure started running.
Playing dog sound.
human sound
Playing cat sound.
Playing horse sound.
Playing cricket sound.
Playing bird sound.
Procedure finished running.

Additionally, Convo doesn't wait to complete saying something before playing sounds. E.g., for a program that says "first" and then plays the "dog" sound, the dog sound plays at the same time as Convo says "first".

Example program creation:

create a procedure called test
What do you want to happen in the procedure first? You could make me say something. See the sidebar for more options.
say first
Added action to the procedure! Do you want to do anything else?
play dog sound
Added action to the procedure! Do you want to do anything else?
say second
Added action to the procedure! Do you want to do anything else?
play horse sound
Added action to the procedure! Do you want to do anything else?
say next is cat
Added action to the procedure! Do you want to do anything else?
play cat sound
Added action to the procedure! Do you want to do anything else?
done
I finished creating the procedure. You can say, "run test" to play it.
run test

Output:

Procedure started running.
first
Playing dog sound.
Playing horse sound.
next is cat
Playing cat sound.
Procedure finished running.
second

--> It was also strange that Convo said "second" after "Procedure finished running"
