Add a rule for the sequence of events

Sometimes it is necessary for events to be sequential. For example: after 10 unsuccessful login attempts, there is 1 successful attempt. That is, A -> B.
I found this custom rule: discussions/854
I haven't tested it, but it would be cool to add such a rule.
