Internal linking is not working

Doing something like the following does not render clickable and followable links to the desired section. It only renders blue-colored text.

I'm working on a document in GitHub Enterprise and this application is the only thing that has worked for me to print the images within the document (due to the private nature of GHE). I'd appreciate if this feature was added.

Thanks for reporting - this was interesting to fix. Just submitted v1.13 with the fix, which should be published in a few days.

I'll leave this open until then.
