Confirmation modal on "- Remove" in the Find tab

I think that the "- Remove" button on the bottom of the window in the "Find" tab could easily be mistaken as "Remove this document from search results." We should probably add a confirmation modal to make sure that people know it is going to actually remove the document from your collection. 

Not to mention a small misclick could potentially delete important data.
