[JENKINS-72932] Add Support for BitBucket SCM

When running the forensics API on a Bitbucket branch that uses the Bitbucket server plugin, the delta calculator fails with the following error message:

[Coverage] SCM 'com.atlassian.bitbucket.jenkins.internal.scm.BitbucketSCM' is not of type GitSCM
[Coverage] -> Git Delta Calculator could not be created for SCM 'com.atlassian.bitbucket.jenkins.internal.scm.BitbucketSCM
