Release please for Java 25 compat. in PCT #313

Towards jenkinsci/bom#6142
The release is too old for Java 25. The failure by PCT is reproducible locally if I checkout the latest release, but absent when I compile the master branch.
cc @timja I think you maintain this (as well)? Could you cut a release please?
