Bug Fixes - Running Version of StackOverflowNER on Google Colab

Hi,

I have ported over the StackOverflowNER code over to Google colab. I fixed many small bugs and finally got it to work. Feel free to use the code in your own projects. You will need Colab Pro ($10/month) and Google Drive subscription to store the data.

Hi,

I had some issues with the files.
Can instruct please where can I find these 3 files?

Move data_ctc.zip to /StackOverflowNER (in the Google drive root folder)
Move utils_fine_tune.tar.gz to /StackOverflowNER
Move fasttext.bin to /StackOverflowNER

Thanks. I looked at this drive before.
I guess one of the folders is data_ctc.zip and the other one is utils_fine_tune.tar.gz.
But, where is fasttext.bin?

@zen93 I tried to run your Colab code, I could not find data_ctc.zip and the other one is utils_fine_tune.tar.gz on that google drive. Can you please help
