error message when family equal to “binomial”  #34

Dear Jennifer F. Bobb,

Thanks for a well written r-package “bmkr”.

I am working on a project at my workplace where I would like to include variables that are important for the model and catch potential non-linear relations between the variables and the outcome. My outcome is binomial.
I write to you because I am using your package for this project but when I run your example from https://jenfb.github.io/bkmr/ProbitEx.html or just increase sample size of the before mentioned example then I get this error:

Error in checkSymmetricPositiveDefinite(H, name = "H") :
H must be positive definite

in r. I use family equal to “binomial” in the function kmbayes.

Can you help correct the error?

Best wishes
Thomas Maltesen
