Drag and drop PostCard introduced inability for user to highlight text #414
Description
When we introduced drag and drop of posts to collections, this removed the ability for user to highlight text on a PostCard.
Solution: User should be able to highlight text in the PostCard and be able to to select the card to drag and drop in to a collection.
