Widget not refreshing unless I refresh the entire skin

Describe the bug
For example i have a widget the has recently added movies. I am using arctic horizon 2 skin. When i add a new movie to jellyfin, the widget will stay stale unless i reload the skin.

To Reproduce

1. Add recently added movies widget to arctic horizon 2 skin. (Add ons->jellycon)
2. Goto recently added movies on the skin
3. Add new movie to jellyfin library (server)
4. Wait for the skin on kodi to show the newly added movie.

Expected behavior
The widget should display the recently added movie at some point without having to click a button to refresh the whole skin. Whether that is on some timer ie 5 minutes.

System (please complete the following information):

• OS: CoreELEC, am6b+ ugoos
• Jellyfin Version: 10.11.2
• Kodi Version: 21 omega
• Addon Version: latest

afaik, this really isn't up to me. There isn't a function I can call to reload just a widget. There's only a reload skin function, which obviously reloads everything and isn't what we want to do. I spent some time looking into this years ago and to my knowledge, this is an impossible request.
