README link to switch.h outdate

The build fails using the switch.h link in the README but succeeds with the OpenWRT Trunk version of switch.h.

Thanks for the report. Which kernel are you building swconfig against?
The switch.h I linked to is just a hint, normally the one from your actual kernel headers needs to be used.

Kernel 4.2.4 on Debian Jessie armhf embedded system (WRT1900\1200AC V1\V2)

I've configured the kernel with:

< CONFIG_NET_DSA=m
< CONFIG_NET_DSA_HWMON=y
< CONFIG_NET_DSA_TAG_EDSA=y
< CONFIG_NET_SWITCHDEV=y
< CONFIG_NET_DSA_MV88E6XXX=m
< CONFIG_NET_DSA_MV88E6352=m

"swconfig list" displays nothing

I've looked into this more an I might need to wait for the next stable kernel release for dependable DSA in Debian for the Linksys WRT1900\1200 router switch support in the DTS.
