SUbmit to neuroconductor

Hey Jeff,
Do you think this package is usable currently? Looks really awesome, and wanted to see if you'd be interested in submitting to Neuroconductor: https://neuroconductor.org/submit-package. If so, @adigherman and I can help

I think it's usable, but I'll probably need a week or so to clean it up and make sure there is reasonable documentation. Is there anything I would need to keep in mind before submitting it? I'm unfamiliar with the process so any help/advice is appreciated. -Jeff

Overall, it should pass R CMD check --as-cran without warnings or errors. Does it need the bleeding edge of ANTsR or is v0.6.1 sufficient?
