Retain species IDs when a synonymy is made #357
Description
Right now, every time two species are synonymized into one, one species retains its ID code and the other ID is deleted. It would be better if that ID were saved in the database in some way that allowed URLs and other use cases to refer that ID to the ID of the new valid name.
