Conditionally make the iNat link specify the correct gall generation by observation field

This is not a good idea for taxa where we don't have observation fields added, but it will hopefully eventually be possible to create a link to the majority of iNat's agamic or sexgen galls of a species, rather than the search page. This would require us to add the iNat taxon code to the gall entry somehow (something we may also want to do for the phenology data system?), but with that added it should be easy to generate these links eg:

https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=any&taxon_id=1195335&verifiable=any&field:Gall%20generation=unisexual is all agamic B. kinseyi observations and the site could generate that link given just the ID code and the generation.

Or maybe a simpler/more flexible way to do this would be to surface the auto-generated link on the gall page but let the user edit it (similar to the way the gf code works in the undescribed module).
