Integration of obsidian.md git into vedya repository to manage documentation. this should be created in /docs.

How to

1. On Mac, refer to this guide
2. Ensure that new updates are sent periodically; r.e daily update (at 6pm GMT +10)
3. Update weekly checks to ensure that this update is happening.
