Settings not reliably persisted

First of all: I love this theme! Unfortunately on my current Eclipse 2025-03 installations (both of them), the theme forgets the following settings:

Window --> Preferences --> General --> Appearance --> Jeeeyul's Themes --> Part --> Hide (both Checkboxes)

When unchecking the "Hide" checkboxes, after one or two restarts, "Hide" is checked again, resulting in the part's controls to be minimized, making it hard for me to work with the parts.

Are there any solutions to by applied to make the settings reliably persisted?
