Would it be feasible to block recommended posts and ads, but still show the latest posts from users you follow in the feed?

Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to look into displaying followed accounts yet, but I'm also counting on community involvement to help with this goal — I hope someone will figure it out! In any case, I encourage everyone to look for a solution to this.

Here’s a lead that I assume could be relevant if we wanted to dig into it: in the main menu, there seem to be two tabs, one for the “For you” feed and one for the “Favorites” feed. Maybe we can take advantage of this separation and create redirects to display only favorites? I don’t know, however, how to filter all accounts from subscriptions.

maybe it'd be possible to inject that as the feed content?
