Feature: auto update summary on table update

- Currently the summary at the bottom only changes on file load
- It should be updated in real time when the user inputs a game
- This doesn't conflict with save features because the summary is calculated in runtime from the saved data. Thus, there is no need to save anything on update, only refresh
