Numbered Headings

To make orientation easier (particularly in the print version), numbered Headings and numbered TOC sections would be nice.

This would be relatively easy using CSS counters. However, the implementation would need to take care of the unnumbered class. Elements with it should not be numbered nor influence the numbering.
