Long page scroll may be overwhelming

A reader reported that the looooooong scrolling page is overwhelming.

Input: Do others feel the same way?

Needed:

• how do we navigate between the chapters than?
• can we auto split into chapters?

Got a request to split it. However, for the current toolchain it is hard to do. The epub should be a nice alternative, though. (See releases)
