ncc putdir failing - Error: could not upload directory

# ncc putdir . destination/folder/example                      
Uploading directory .
Error: could not upload directory

Can't find a way to do a verbose/debug output to see why. Any tips ?

@arthurlogilab I added better exception handling, try updating to 0.0.6 and lets see what error is returned
