Unit Tests #11
Description
As complexity increases, it is no longer a trivial matter to test all of the functions of ncc_cli. As such, some unit tests should be written.
If someone with experience writing unit tests would like to volunteer to add them, it would be certainly appreciated!
Otherwise, I will likely add them in 0.0.8.
