Clarification needed on AND vs. OR for tag-list spec #75
Description
Please include a note on whether a list of tag names is ALL- or ANY-type match (AND or OR) wherever that appears. I.e., does a file need to have all the tags specified in the list, or just ≥1?
Relevant area where a note would make sense:
Wherever a "tagname" is expected, a list of tags may be provided. They must be comma-separated.
