multiple sticky buffers

While scrolling sometimes multiple sticky headers appear:

Yes. Just haphazardly scrolled up and down. Well, I have pixel-scroll-precision-mode enabled.

Wasn't able to get this, but haphazard scrolling managed to trigger a horizontal window split. I guess I can post screen recordings here - that's the only thing I can think of as a way to show the issue.
