after saving, structure tags disappear

Choose “Create a Letter” on welcome page, modify the letter, do SaveAs, then open the saved letter by going back to welcome page and choosing “Load an Existing Document."

Now click the Structure tab. You only see the root TEI tag with no children. If you start typing in the text area, the structure seems to show up.

Someone else also said that if they saved a letter and went back to Create a New one, the same thing happened, but I couldn't reproduce that.
