textcaret doesn't install in Colab

Hi Jesse, I tried installing textcaret in Colab using `!pip install textcaret` but it throws the below error:

```
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement textcaret (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for textc
```

Can you please list down the dependencies and all the versions?
