SampleServer doesn't support AuthFailure

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Send a checkid_setup request to SampleServer
2. In userInteraction, return false for the second value

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An unexpected ClassCastException is thrown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I first saw this problem on 0.9.8 on Mac OS X, though I do not believe it to be 
operating system-specific.

Please provide any additional information below.

Patch attached with fix for problem and testcase that reproduces the issue.
