How does the selenium world work?

I followed the README and was able to run the features in the persistence world successfully.
But when I ran the selenium world, it just opened two firefox windows

http://localhost:51452/selenium-server/core/Blank.html?start=true

I was expecting to see it automatically execute the scenarios (e.g. add recipe).

Am I missing anything?
