Include mods

I would like to have my mods in Advanced Builder, I just pulled request to Mod Creator with updated definitions and inis for my mods.

Mods: Copy Monuments, Free Building, Instant monuments, Massive drops, Moria Black Friday and Unlocked NPCs.

Turning on/off would make use of Copy monuments and Unlocked NPCs easier.

I want to be careful about linking these for a while. But I will keep this on a longer-term list. Right now, I need to fix MoriaMOD Creator. :)
