Continuous Integration and GDataError: error code : 1000, invalid input : , reason : UnknownError #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I've been noticing on my continuous integration machine, that I receive
GDataError 1000 periodically from different parts of the
gappsprovisioning/provisioningapi code.
I was curious how other people deal with this issue.
I guess one idea is to put rescue GDataError => e in my test cases.
