Update repo for versions 11,12,13, and 14

Hey all:

I am no longer a production DBA and performance consultant.  As such, even if I had time to update the annotated.conf, I don't have the knowledge.  As such, this is a call for PRs to bring ADC up to date.  PRs accepted!
