[Bug Report] Duplicated knife with Toolsmith workbench item rework

Brief Description

I took a knife that was just mere bits away from breaking and placed it on the Workbench from Toolsmith to rework it, then warmed up some copper nuggets and started adding them to the knife. Mind you this was only one blade. After finishing the repair, it gave me two more blades, making three in total.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Take a broken copper knife blade and prepare it for repairing in the Workbench from Toolsmith
2. Place it in the forge and heat it up, along with some copper nuggets in a crucible
3. Place the blade on the anvil and start forging it back into shape, along with the necessary heated nuggets
4. You will see it gives back three instead of one
