Get network error

Hi, i'm trying to update before Logitech quits support. The connected device is:

I succesfully downloaded the Connectivity.EZHex.

When I run it I get:

I cán dump the config..... but cannot write it.

Then I get this error:

ok I 'fixed' my problem by using the -w and --force options. Now it writes both firmware and config file correctly to the remote. But I have a different problem now. The remote seems stuck in USB mode. Even with no USB connected. (and after a firmware + config reflash). Any ideas on how to fix that? (even after removing the battery.... when started the screen states "usb connected" and you can't go to any other menus.

Not sure about the stuck remote, but I can comment on the contacting website issue.

You're on Windows. For the web issue that you had to bypass (error 13), you're probably running into the SSL certificate issues we identified back in #55 and further elaborated on in congruity/congruity#12 (comment) .

For web to work, try my fork's release that uses schannel at https://github.com/Ben-Meister/concordance/releases/tag/v1.5.0.2-schannel and let me know how it goes. This should resolve any Windows SSL issues. I just tried it an hour ago on Win10 LTSC and it works.
