Requesting optodetemplates.xml configuration code for the 8-channel BriteLite Frontal probe #1

Hello,
I am attempting to convert .oxy3 data files from an 8-channel Artinis BriteLite Frontal system to the Homer2 .nirs format using oxysoft2matlab.
However, the conversion fails because the specific optode template ID for this 8ch configuration is missing from my current optodetemplates.xml file.
The error I receive is:
[Artinis] cannot find correct optode template in optodetemplates.xml
Could you please provide the correct XML configuration code snippet for the 8-channel BriteLite Frontal probe that I can add to my optodetemplates.xml file?
This would be a great help for my analysis.
