(Thermoelectric) Cooling tile a tile that transfers heat from one side to opposite side when powered (similar to existing Liquid-Tepidizer)
Balancing
the transfer will not occur when either: cold-side is too cold or hot-side is too hot, or when there is no heat(vacum)
the larger heat difference the lower efficiency

- making ice
- maintaining room temperature
- maintaining proper temperature for plants
- boiling eggs
