UK Mileage Calculation #66

Description

@jake-walker

In the UK we have a really strange mix of both metric and imperial units for driving. We commonly use miles for distance, litres for fuel volume and report milage in miles per imperial gallon (mpg). As far as I can tell, the UK is the only place with this strange mix and most other countries stick with either imperial or metric.

I'd be happy to implement this, but just wanted to open an issue to gather thoughts on the best approach. It could be a discrete "UK mode" (similar to what LubeLogger does), or it could be allowing distance and fuel units to be chosen independently.

Formula: $\frac{\text{distance (miles)}}{\text{fuel used (litres)}} \times 4.546 = \text{milage (mpg)}$
