Add help for elasticsearch builders #25
Description
Given how help messages are looked up, via reflection. It's possible to provide help for classes that are not part of the elasticshell directly.
Would be nice to add help for elaticsearch builders that are supposed to be used within the shell: FacetBuilders etc.
