Regression? error with highlightr plugin??

Expected Behavior

This error was supposedly fixed: #43 (comment)
but it has reappeared, even in Sandbox Vault

• I have disabled all other plugins and the issue still persists.

related to highlightr plugin?

This plugin forces other plugin setting tabs to load, so if those error, it could cause this. I will take a look and see if there’s anything I can do but usually this is an error for the other plugin.
