[Feature Request] Expand API-call interval: 10s to 60s for GitHub Enterprise

Hi! Thank you for developing awesome application!

Description

Original interval 10s is too short for GitHub Enterprise without API rate-limit.
It would be prefer to expand a bit, for example 60s or longer.

Suggestion

github.com includes API limit for all requests.
So I suggest that this change should be applied only for GitHub Enterprise Server.

Please consider!
