Bug Description

Sometimes the variable names in the plotted vector-image output are replaced with something like "JaspColumn_11_Encoded". Even when the label appears normally, saving the plot as an svg or PDF results in the corrupted labels in the output

Expected Behaviour

The image elements should not be corrupted.

Steps to Reproduce

UNFORTUNATELY THE BEHAVIOR IS NOT VERY REPRODUCIBLE. Run a linear mixed effects model, with a computed variable as the factor that will eventually be plotted in the legend. Generate a plot of the results (within the generalized linear mixed effects interface). Change the scale of the y variable in the plot. Attempt to 'save as' using various image formats.

I can indeed reproduce your issue, by opening your JASP file, and saving the image to pdf.
If I refresh the results, then it does not have this problem anymore. Apparently there was something wrong in the state. Any idea @FBartos, @vandenman ?

My experience is suggesting to me that there may be a more general problem with refreshing the state of JASP's output. I experienced, multiple times , that the corrupted labels remained even after the output appeared to refresh. However, what seems to work quite often a particular manner of forcing the refresh--i.e., creating a filter to exlude some portion of the data and then removing the filter. (By the way, this may also be playing a role syncing anayses to a new data file, but that would be a separate bug report.)

This may be the same bug? . . .
If I save the plot as a pdf or svg, all the variable names are messed up. But if I save as a raster image, it's ok:

This might be useful: If I have used click-and-drag to widen or lengthen the plot, I am much more likely to see these errors. Moreover, if I have widened the plot prior to editing the range of the y axis, the errors are much more likely to occur not just in the saved plot, but also in the JASP interface. If I click-drag-widen only after I've completed all other plot editing, I seem to be able to avoid the errors.
