stash automation agent apikey to enable provisioning to existing project

Currently the Ops Mgr api only supports fetching the automation agent api when actually creating a group/project. This value is not returned when a project already exists the value is not returned in the api response.
We should stash this value into a k8s secret so it can be retrieved at a later time.
