HtmlOpen & Close plugins do not generate shortcodes

Typemill v1.5.3.4
PHP 7.4.30
Apache server

I have installed and activated both htmlopen & htmlclose plugins.
Trying to make use of the shortcodes, i get notified that "No shortcodes are registered"

Thanks for the quick response.
I had to clarify, that i am trying to make use of the shortcodes from within the editor. That's where i get this

Otherwise, using raw mode and inserting this shortcode, like you propose, everything works fine.
