Support editing tracking issue queries #146
Description
It would be nice, if rather than having to close an existing tracking issue, re-open the github issue, then create a new tracking issue, I could just edit the query fields in an existing tracking issue.
Currently they are uneditable
I haven't done any investigation into feasibility, but I've now hit this 3-4 times where I'd like to be able to change a query for a tracking issue.
