Github Enterprise support

• Github Enterprise host is hosted in the enterprise company, usually at github.mycompany.com.
• The URLs for this deployment would be taking the env vars specifically used for the host and API calls
  • GITHUB_HOST: github.mycompany.com
  • GITHUB_API_URL: github.mycompany.com/apis/v3
• Given that some of the solutions are targeting github.com and maybe the local infrastructure, we could offer toggles for those:
  • If we deploy bolt internally, I'd like to have all URLs to target the internal bolt server instead

For GitHub-related tools for a company, it would be necessary to identify people who are part of the company to only show it for them, right? And keep separate store of links per company. I don't have this feature planned at this point.

For now I recommend hosting this yourself though, at forgithub.mycompany.com, and then just altering the readme so it works for your company. You can do this using cloudflare:

1. create a cloudflare account
2. install wrangler
3. run wrangler deploy after connecting your domain
