Add clipboard tools #38

I've got a couple advanced system clipboard interaction functions sitting around that haven't made it in to Janklab yet. A user was asking about clipboard functions on the Discord recently. Might have a user here. Add the clipboard tools here.
There's "Straightforward COPY and PASTE Functions" on MW File Exchange there, but they're pretty minimal, and haven't been updated since 2015. I think mine are nicer, for some purposes and users. They have more features, and support a wider variety of data exchange flavors and formats.
