there's no need for the meta.name property

abstract is useful, but `meta.name` is redundant and possibly worse, it's confusing. suggest fix: 
- if there is a `meta.name` property, use it, to not break Sendak (or anyone else)
- if there isn't a `meta.name` property, create one, and populate it.
- **_deprecate**_ the `meta.name` property.

probably also inform 18F at some point (Cc @ozzyjohnson)
