assuming we have a wardrobe plugsuit, we might have "outerwear":

% wardrobe scarf tie

and so on. parka and scarf might contain weather-dependent stuff and choose to respond or not depending upon the weather. So it might be great to be able to say that parka and scarf are part of the outerwear collection and outerwear has additional handlers that respond at the root ("wardrobe") level.

piggybacking on the earlier issue (#9), we would be able to say wardrobe p button and wardrobe s tie but only if the "outerwear" collection allowed for this "loose-ness" in invocation.
