does not appear to grant admin privs on 12.3.0

Script appears to complete with exit code 0, but the user does not get promoted to admin in SysPrefs - Users & Groups.

Nevermind, I had to close sys prefs out and relaunch. Albeit doesnt appear to now be removing admin privs.
