Kernel renumbering of disk namespaces can cause imprint to fail or overwrite wrong partition during unattended use

Need to convert  disk devices to /dev/disk/by-id identifiers. Otherwise unattended operation will fail or, worse, overwrite the wrong partition. The current issue won't affect users with one drive or those using the GUI but the ones with many drives, like me, need this security.
